Self Contained Garden Studio with stunning views

The Garden Studio has spectacular views over the Kent countryside from the property's floor to ceiling windows. The self contained compact studio has private access and includes lounge chairs, coffee table and a double bed. We have a dining table/ two stools overlooking the terrace. There is a fridge, a microwave, a two ring electric hob together with a kettle, Nespresso Coffee Machine and a toaster in the kitchen area. Iron/Board/Desk/Chair are on request prior to stay. Compact shower/wc. It is a 15 minute walk from the property into Sissinghurst Village centre which has a wonderful award winning pub/restaurant, together with a village shop and Indian takeaway. The National Trust Sissinghurst Castle and Gardens are 5 minutes away by car. Sissinghurst was created by Vita Sackville-West, poet and writer, and her husband Harold Nicolson, author and diplomat. It is among the most famous gardens in England and is designated Grade I on Historic England's register of historic parks and gardens Cranbrook is 5 minutes by car and looks and feels much as it has done for centuries: a peaceful small town of weatherboarded houses, surrounded by orchards and farmland. In spite of its small size, Cranbrook has a great deal to offer. The narrow medieval streets are lined with pretty old houses, every one different from its neighbour. There is a wide range of interesting shops, no less than six churches, several hotels, pubs and restaurants, an excellent town museum, and the wonderful Union Mill, the tallest and finest working Windmill in England. After entering our front driveway through electronic gates pedestrian access to the Garden Studio is through a wooden gate at the side of our home and located at the rear of our garden. We have plenty of parking at the front of our house. Jules and Ian generally will be at home during your stay and available to give any help or information you need to make your stay more comfortable and interesting. A car is essential We are situated close to the award winning Vineyards - Chapel Down Winery and The Hush Heath Estate, both offering seasonal guided tours and tastings.
