Terraced house in Torre Mozza, located a few steps from the beach and our Lido Mania bathhouse. Torre Mozza is a small seaside resort on the Ionian side, located in the marina of Ugento, about 25 km from Gallipoli and 20 km from Santa Maria di Leuca. It is known for the long stretches of sand, the crystal clear water and the low seabed, in fact being in front of the shoals of Ugento, the seabed slopes slowly, you need to enter about 4 nautical miles to find a seabed greater than 4 meters, ideal for freediving and snorkelling lovers. It is very popular with families because it is a quiet and safe location, which lives mostly by day, by sea and by the beach, and offers tranquility in the evening. There are however restaurants and pizzerias, bars, ice cream parlors, a free-equipped play area, supermarkets, all easily reachable on foot given the short distances. It is the ideal destination if you want to leave your car parked throughout your stay and fully enjoy the sea and the beach. The accommodation is equipped with every comfort and furnished with care and is made up as follows: - living room with a sofa bed for one and a half - operable fireplace, for sea lovers even out of season - a kitchenette with oven - pots and pans - a double bedroom - a bedroom with a bunk bed - a bathroom with shower and washing machine - a second outdoor shower - air conditioning, TV and mosquito nets - large courtyard with private parking space -outdoor porch equipped with table, barbecue, swing and hammock to fully enjoy the outdoor spaces even in the hottest hours. USEFUL INFO - the rental weeks are from Saturday to Saturday, exceptions are possible in the low season -ceck-in is guaranteed from 15.00 -ceck-in will require a document and a security deposit of € 100 - check-out must be done before 10 am -possibility to rent bed linen and towels -if the apartment is returned clean there are no cleaning costs.
