One load of towels should be washed and placed in dryer upon check out, if not $25 fee may be accessed. Animal fee extra: $150 for every reservation, more for longer that 3 days . Any smell of tobacco smoke there will be min. $1000 cleaning fee. NO SMOKING. DO NOT DRINK OR EAT in the tub—if spills occur and water needs changing- $250 minimum fee at check out will be applied
