The Yellow House is located at the end of the village Lipovac, Aleksinac close to the monastery of Sveti Stefan and elementary school. On the left side of the Yellow House, as well as on the lower belt of the yard, the Svetostevanska River passes, which contributes to the beautiful ambience, and in the summer months cooling. The water sound, the fresh air of the Ozren Mountains, peace and quietness, a spacious courtyard and comfortable accommodation are what the guests of the Yellow House are expecting. The Yellow House is completely provided to guests who can enjoy the complete comfort and privacy. The house is 60 sqm in size and consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 room with 3 beds and 2 rooms with 2 beds - total of 5 beds. The house has a living room and dining room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. In front of the house there is a covered large terrace, as well exit to the spacious courtyard and the river. Towels, shampoo, baths, toilet paper and other necessities are available to guests as part of the price. There is a TV in the living room. The Yellow House is ideal for all generations, families with children, lovers of the nature and quiet healthy environment. During your stay, besides enjoying nature, you can visit the monastery Sveti Stefan and surrounding. We have wireless internet. We prepare delicious dishes of local cuisine! The ethno village Lipovac, the Yellow House building, is located in the village of Lipovac, 20km from Aleksinac and the E-72 highway. The village is located on the Ozren mountain at 400m of altitude, the environment without pollution gives a fantastic air quality. The beauty of nature is hard to imagine. Clear mountainous slopes that spring from limestone walls. Silent shadows of the medieval monastery of Sveti Stefan, above the village are the ruins of the Lipovac fortress from the Middle Ages, the ambience of the Serbian village as it was a hundred years ago ... The villages in Aleksinac, even this, are atypical-oriental. There is a pleasant mixture of old Serbian architecture, large arches that overlook the terraces and the oriental touch of the coined window lines. There are still many houses in the mud. At the end of the village, leaning against the broken massive walls, there is a monastery built by Despot Stefan Lazarević in the Middle Ages (1399). It is hardly possible in this region to find a more beautiful, more convenient place for a monastery than this. Surrounded by walls on three sides - hidden, yet open. You can drink incredibly fresh water from the source dedicated to the Mother of God. In addition to the summer church, the monastery also has a winter church. Right next to the monastery itself, there is an elementary school on which the sports grounds and spacious meadows are leaning. Far back in 1923 this was the first village that had its electricity. A small river whose strong current is now unused used to launch the first small hydroelectric power plant in Serbia. In a small village house, which is located right next to the monastery in 1941, a group of partisans from Aleksinac and surrounding places met, from which the Jastrebacki unit was later formed. The Yellow House currently does not have an internet available, which is good for those who want to completely shut down. Take advantage of it, because it will be soon installed. The Yellow House does not currently prepare meals for guests, but guests can cook individually in a fully equipped kitchen. Shop Dunja is located 1km from the house.
