This house is located just a few blocks from beautiful downtown Ponca City, it’s located very close to the P66 Refinery, just a couple of miles from the Marland Mansion, and so much more! *there are three steps at the entrance in order to enter* I am always open for my guests. I live in town and will cater to whatever they need! This Neighborhood is in a great location as it is very close to the P66 Refinery and only a couple of blocks from Beautiful Downtown Ponca City! This is a residential neighborhood that stays pretty quiet. Directly behind the house there is a Church with Basketball goals that can be used as well. Getting around town is easy whether you want to drive, bike, walk, or take a taxi.
