Trips to Fehmarn and Heiligenhafen are very popular with many. Lütjenburg with its beautiful historic old town is 7 km away and Oldenburg in Holstein is 15 km away. To the tranquil seaside resort Hohwacht with shops and restaurants is about 6 km.
