A cute upper apartment, in a two floor house with 2 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom, a garden full of trees and flowers, a balcony with a wonderful view to Aegean Sea and a fireplace in the traditionally designed living room. So close to the most beautiful beaches of Pelion and with a lot of great bio vegetables and chicken eggs you could use for free! Makryrachi, the "flower village", is a charming northeastern Pelion village, placed in an area with lush vegetation, flowing waters and incredible views towards the Aegean Sea. You won’t regret visiting Makrirachi any season of the year. Its short distance from the Agrioleukes ski center and also from the beautiful Aegean beaches set it as an ideal destination for every season. For swimming head to the beach of Agioi Saranta, regarded as one of the best in Pelion, featuring golden sandy beach, crystal clear waters and rocks around. It’s only 3km away from the village and was named after the small church of Agioi Saranta that exists there. Also very close is Ai Giannis and Papa Nero. The guests can use the whole apartment (75m²), which actually is the upper apartment of a two-floor house, the two balconies, one garden and the upper parking area. Moreover, they can share the vegetable garden and the chicken coop. It is mostly probable that I will not be to Makrirachi to meet you. However, I will always be available on the phone or via e-mail. Moreover, if you need any other help in person I will always find somebody (neighbor, family member, friend) to help you. The appartment's value consists of its marvelous view, its peacefull place and its small distance from wellknown beaches and other winter or summer destinations. Moreover, the chance you have of free bio vegetables and chicken eggs. In order to reach the house you have to drive or walk an uphill road for about 500m. from the regional road. There is one or two parking seats for normal cars (depending on the size of the car) at the entrance of the house and one for a jeep at the garden if you drive down a small (15m) slope. 1. You can find woods for the fireplace for free at the small barn which at the north balcony. Moreover you can bring and use your own heater if you want for heating. 2. For some days of the year my cat lives inside the house. However, when you will use the apartment no pets will live inside the house. 3. At the first floor is my brother's (Nickos) house to whom you can address if you need any help or information. There are also three free cats which will not visit you if you don't feed them.
