Peaceful location, yet close to some of Suffolk's star attractions, including the beaches of Southwold and Aldeburgh, Norfolk broads, Framlingham castle, the cultural hub of Snape Maltings, countless pubs in which to enjoy a meal or an ale, as well as many walks displaying the natural beauty of the region. Our one bedroom cottage, also known as The Dairy, is a fully furnished holiday home, perfect for couples seeking a quiet retreat or those looking for a base while you explore Suffolk. With high speed internet, The Dairy also makes an excellent base for work related stays. The Dairy has everything you need for a relaxing stay, including a hot tub, bedroom with king bed with luxurious linen, modern bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, and living room fitted with TV and sofa as well as a dining table for two. The cottage provides a perfect stay for two people and is equipped with everything you'll need and more. The Dairy is positioned near our other holiday property, The Stables, which is a 3 bedroom fully furnished home. Both properties are totally independent and private of each other, however if you are travelling in a large group, they can be rented together, pending availability. * Please note that there is a deep pond next to the property. This is fenced off from the garden, and also has child proof gates leading to it As well as the entire cottage, guests have access to a large private front yard, as well as numerous walks on Sotterley Estate, for which we can provide detailed information. Anna will be available to answer any questions you have leading up to and during your stay. She lives close by and so is able to provide any assistance you require. The closest market town of Beccles is a 10 minute drive away, and has everything you need during your stay including supermarkets, butchers, pharmacies, restaurants.....The city of Norwich is approximately 45 minutes away and has a large array of restaurants, cultural activities, cinemas, shopping and night life. The closest train station is Brampton, however it's recommended you have your own transportation so you can access surrounding sights and attractions.
