Brink Barn would be a fantastic base for walkers and explorers wanting to discover all the Peak District has to offer! Brink Barn is fitted with a full kitchen with a stovetop, oven, microwave, under counter fridge and a chest freezer. Downstairs is a lounge area with a log burner and a downstairs bathroom. Upstairs is the two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and a en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds. Outside is a patio area with seating for enjoying the views on a sunny afternoon! Car is definitely recommended to make the most of the Peak District. However; there are plenty of lovely local walls accessible from your doorstep, and there are a few nice takeaways so it’s certainly doable without a car Kath, one of the cohosts is nearby so will be able to assist you if you have any troubles. We try and check in with you to make sure your enjoying your stay/need anything, but always just get in contact with us. Otherwise enjoy your stay! Cheers, Ryan I’ve got a guidebook attached to the listing with all of my families favourite places in the Peak District to visit and explore. There is even some wet weather options for when it inevitably rains! As for getting around to see all the Peak District has to offer, a car is really recommended, the barn is quite remote without good transport links. However, if you wanted a really tranquil, peaceful getaway, I imagine a taxi there and back with a few days relaxing would also be very lovely!
