Single bed in a LIVING ROOM (shared space) This spacious room on second floor apartment is ideal for a quick place to crash on a layover. It has a shower/bathtub, one single bed, fridge, heat, wifi and sink. Couch is available for a $25 fee. Homeowner lives on the 1st floor. I have 2 additional bedrooms on 2nd floor that are also rented out to Air B and B guests. We live on the first floor and available if needed. Otherwise self check in works great! This shared space has created nice friendships. My home is 10 minutes away from some of the best Caribbean food in Queens NYC as featured on Chef Marcus Samuelsons episode of No Passport Required! There is also 7-11, Burger King, and Dunkin Donuts within a 5 minute walking distance. We are 15 minutes drive to Green Acres Mall and 6 minutes from JFK Airport. Close to transportation and amenities. Local buses Q6/Q7 (3-4 minute walk) will take you to the A, E, F, J, & Z trains. (30-40 Minutes to NYC). Located right off the conduit and belt parkway. It is literally a 6 minute drive to JFK airport and a 21 minute drive to Laguardia Airport Early check in/late check out and luggage drop off available for an additional fee.
