Small room - small price!

Hello we are Corinna & Robert! We offer a room for up to 3 people. You live with us under one roof, but have naturally your own room. As sleeps are a double bed (1,60 x 2,00 m) and a mattress (0,90x2,00m). Your room is located on the first floor. Shared Bathroom and kitchen on the ground floor. Space for food is placed in the refrigerator. We look forward to welcoming you in our semi-detached house. There are two guest rooms, this advert describes "the small room" which is designed for up to three people. In our other guest rooms fit up to four people. The semi-detached house was renovated in 2014 by my friend and me lovingly. Our house is conveniently located (2 minutes) away from the nearest bus stop, which quickly to the nearest metro station brings a. From there you can reach the city center in about 15 minutes. Anyone traveling rather in the countryside, can enjoy nature in Öjendorfer Park. This is very close and well within walking distance. We would like to ask everyone to consider our privacy and to use only the specified premises. We're living in the house and in normal case we stay at home after work. Check-in / check-out by appointment. There is WiFi access only against a signature, which is this not be misused for illegal purposes. Various shops and a petrol station are within walking nearby and are within walking distance. Our house is conveniently located (2 minute walk) from the nearest bus stop, which quickly brings you to the nearest metro station . From there you can reach the city center in about 15 minutes. The Freeway A24 is also reached 1 Minute by car but it is far enough away, to stay here without noise annoyance.
