The Guestroom is situated close to the Middelburg Country Club in Clubville. We have 3 rooms available. The French Room is available on a day to day basis, single or double, or on a month to month basis. Pricing conditions apply.* Positioned in a beautiful road lined with tall majestic trees creating a canopy of greenery. Located nearby various restaurants and eateries and many places for outdoor family-friendly activities. Ideal for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The French Room SELF CATERING GARDEN GUESTROOM -Fully furnished large French bedroom with King size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower. Bed can be divided into 2 singles. -Coffee and tea facilities. -Separate kitchen with cutlery, bar fridge and microwave. No stove .outside braai -Outside private braai area on patio. -TV and DSTV available. Rate per day R450.00 single, extra person charged at additional R300. Self catering facilities available. Breakfast available at R80.00 per person consists of the option of fresh fruit, muesli and yogurt or a hot breakfast with toast, eggs and bacon. -TV and DSTV available. -Secure parking. -Washing and ironing can be done at extra cost. Must be arranged with prior notice between guest and host. Guests will have parking available and access to the large garden. Entry to and from property will be readily available. Guests are welcome to communicate with the host during stay, with regards to entry and exit, breakfast, dishes and/or washing/ironing. There is also a large meeting room available for business purposes with seating and table. Can host up to 20-30 people. Must be arranged in advance with host. Please note: R450.00 per night for single person, additional person charged at R300.00. Breakfast available at the additional cost of R80.00pp. LONGER TERM STAY IS AVAILABLE: 3 - 6months (to be discussed with host).
