This stylish modern house is on the edge of the South Downs, a 2 minute drive to Devils Dyke, 15 minutes to Brighton and the beaches and the county town of Horsham. We are in the hamlet of Woodmancote only 1 mile from the pretty village of Henfield. There are plenty of country walks and country houses to visit. There are some lovely restaurants close by and Wickwoods country club great for that pamper day. The house is in a private drive to a large safe parking area. The accommodation has its own private entrance and is adjacent to the main house. We are about and always available for any questions. Your privacy will be respected. We have two small dogs who are around and very friendly but will not disturb you unless your looking for cuddles from them. We are In a beautiful spot in West Sussex. The South Downs and Devil’s Dyke are two minutes away, with great country walks on the door step. We are in the middle of the countryside lots of open spaces with Brighton and the beaches 15 minutes drive. You are spoilt for choice for dining experiences, The Ginger Fox, Shepard and dog close by. The award winning Wickwoods country club is open to non members for spa days which is a minutes drive from the house. We are close to the A27 and A23 for links to Eastbourne, Glynde and Arundel castle is 30 minutes away. There are buses to Brighton and Horsham from here. Hassocks train station is a 6 minute drive away with trains to Eastbourne, Gatwick.
