Our large and comfortable Villa is is the ideal retreat for those seeking an unspoilt and yet captivating area of Tuscany: it's ideally situated to enjoy both rural & mountain life, and with nearest beach at less than half an hour it can really give you a complete Tuscany and Italy experience. It has been sympathetically restored to create a traditional yet modern feeling, offering top quality self catering accommodation suitable for families and groups- sleeps 9 and a baby cot is supplied at no surcharge. Marble & wooden floors, quality finishings, all bathrooms with either shower or a Jacuzzi bathtub, a perfectly tended park, a large swimming pool with a whirlpool part: these are our strong points. Bedrooms are one double with en suite & private balcony, one with two bunk beds, one with a double bed + single bed, and in case of need an additional child bed. Large living with spectacular panoramic window, large dining room, perfectly equipped kitchen, porch with dining and relax areas. Laundry room at your disposal. A large porch with many tables and chairs to eat outside, many deck chairs to relax by the pool, a shady gazebo to eat in the garden, BBQ and wood oven: it's a perfect place to relax and enjoy Italian life ! Some more info: we have a dog (Zeudi) and two cats that live in our house, nearby, and some donkeys, living in the fields around us, and even if they never enter guests' premises, we apologize but cannot accept any pet !! The garden is surveilled by videocameras, for safety reasons. The entry gate to access both our any guests' house is electrical and we'll give you the remote control, for which we ask for a caution, to be given back at your departure day. Parking in our parking place is free, and not accessible from outside if not through the automatic gate. It is also video surveilled for safety reason. You can anyway park near the house to download/load your luggages. Internet is wireless. SOME SMALL NOTES: - We wish to prepare the house at its best for all guests, so we are sure you'll understand if we are not accepting check in before 5:00 pm of arrival date. Check out at 10:00 am. - Smoking is allowed only outside, thank you!! - In case of storm/rain we kindly ask your permission to enter the house in case windows are left open, to avoid damages to wooden floors, thank you! - Thank you for taking inside pool deck-chairs cushions in case of rain. - POOL opening dates: from May 15th to September 15th - depending also on weather conditions
