Private parking at the front of the property. There is a public footpath adjacent. Breakfast is optional. Situated in the heart of Thirsk. Short walking distance to Thirsk Town centre. Easy driving access to Sutton Bank, Whitby Coast, North York Moors and Yorkshire Dales. Ideal for walkers and day trippers. Guests have private parking space at front of the house. Bikes can be stored securely in the hallway. Large bedroom with comfy king size bed, dining area, spacious bathroom with seperate shower and bath, comfy sofa for watching TV. Smart TV and WiFi Guest access is through the front entrance and up 2 flights of stairs through family home. Guest's will have the entire top floor. I am well travelled with extensive knowledge of the local area. Under usual circumstances I would welcome friendly interaction with guests, but due to Covid would like to keep conversation limited but happy to provide any information. Guests will have privacy and I will provide kettle, tea and coffee. There's a small fridge if guests would like to bring milk. Breakfast is optional. I can offer a wide range of options including a Continental Breakfast Hamper, full English breakfast using locally sourced butchers and veg suppliers. Vegetarian and Vegan options available.
