The house is highly spacious and well-dimensioned, with 2 separate sleeping sections with bathrooms. There is also a large mezzanine, popular for children. The natural gathering spot is the large and architect designed combined living room and kitchen. The kitchen is well-arranged and has room for several chefs at the same time. There is also a wine cooling cabinet. The living room is tastefully arranged with comfortable furniture and a wood-burning stove. On the other side of the living room you find the large activity room with a bar, dart and a pool table. There is a large terrace (partly covered) where you can enjoy the Danish summer and comfortable furniture. There are swings and sandbox for children. The house is opposite Denmark's largest mini-golf facilities and only a short walk from a charming town with good restaurants and shops. Due to the size of the house the price for final cleaning on this Skanlux cottage deviates from the standard listed price. Payment for consumption, cleaning and deposit must be paid in cash to the concierge at the house. No letting to youth groups.
