The nest

The apartment is located at the center of Vrachos Beach only 100 meters away from it. it is a second floor newly built apartment with a spectacular view of the Ionian. It has a quite big veranda,where you can have your morning coffees with the sunrise view or enjoy the sunset and the view ofthe islands Paxoi and Antipaxoi. The setting is idyllic since it combines the green of the hilll and the blue of the sea. The interior of the apartment is comfortable, designed in such way so as to feel calm and relaxed in it. There is a fully equipped brand new kitchen, furniture for you to use. The apartment is a 25sq.m. (270sf) studio, with one double and one single bed that can be joined and a space-full wardrobe. Available there will be a baby's playpen crib upon request. The bathroom is big with a shower. It is an open concept apartment, where the kitchen and the bedroom is full of natural light during the day and cool during the night. The beach of Vrachos combines three kilometers of golden and wide sand, vast blue sea and the green mountains of the coastal continent. The beach water deepens smoothly, while sun beds and umbrellas are always available for free only by buying your coffee at the cafes . The visitor has access to supermarket, traditional Greek tavernas with fresh Ionian fish and live music, restaurants, cafes, beach bars, facilities for watersports, paragliding, only within two minutes walking distance from the apartment. The beach Vrachos - Loutsa is an excellent base for excursions. One can visit Preveza (20min), Lefkada (40min), Parga (15min), Sivota (25min), Paxoi Island (1 hour from Parga by boat), Springs of Axerodas (25min). There are also places of great natural beauty such as the Axerodas river delta (15min), Alonaki/Ormos of Odysseas (5min) and other nearby historic and archaeological sites. Open to the public are: Nekromanteion, Zallogo, Ancient Nicopolis, Ancient Kassopi, Castle of Rizon, Castle of Despos. During your stay at my apartment you will either be able contact me or my mother in person at any time. Renting car is advisable. There is also a bus schedule from Preveza, but only during the summer season.
