Pretty Twin Bedroom in Littlehampton

A lovely twin bedroom with private bathroom in a Grade II listed town house in Littlehampton. Chichester, Arundel and Goodwood are within easy reach. The house is three minutes’ walk from Littlehampton station and easy walking distance from the town centre where there are supermarkets, restaurants and pubs. The river Arun is just across the road from the house and a ten minute stroll along the newly constructed river walk leads to Littlehampton’s safe swimming beach. The space is a pretty twin Bedroom with private bathroom, which has a large walk-in shower and separate bath. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Continental breakfast is served in the kitchen which overlooks the walled garden and can be taken outside in fine weather. There is a comfortable sitting room that is available to guests should they wish. This is my home and I will be here to greet guests when they arrive and I will be available to give help and advice. I will be here to serve breakfast. The house is within a few minutes’ walk of the railway station and the town centre where there are supermarkets, cafés and pubs. The safe swimming beach is about ten minutes’ walk down the riverside walk where there are restaurants and cafés. Fish and chips are a specialty here and you can sit and eat them on the riverside. The railway station is a couple of minutes’ walk from the house and there are regular trains to London, Portsmouth, Chichester and Brighton. If you are going to an event at Goodwood, rather than drive, it is easier to take the train to Chichester and pick up the courtesy bus to Goodwood. There is a small bus station in the town. There are regular bus services to Brighton, Arundel and Portsmouth.
