Dear prospective holiday guests, for your next planned vacation we offer a newly built holiday home on a completely fenced plot in a quiet location. The house has very good facilities, such as underfloor heating, walk-in shower, fireplace, new kitchen with dishwasher, fridge / freezer, stove (kettle, toaster and coffee machine are of course also available). The upper floor has a bedroom (2 beds). On the ground floor there is a corner sofa, which has a sleeping facility (2 beds). From the living room / kitchen you reach a large terrace; a grill is available. Two-legged and four-legged friends - regardless of their size - are very welcome. Parking is available on the property. Stahlbrode and the surrounding area invite you to take long walks or bike tours. A natural beach with a largely flat water level is also available. Rowing boats and motor boats can be rented on site to get to know the water world around Rügen or to devote yourself to fishing. You will also find a fishing operation incl. Sales of freshly caught fish. It is only a few meters to the harbor in Stahlbrode (newly developed, water, hiking, bike path) and the ferry to Rügen. Greifswald and Stralsund can be reached by car in a few minutes.
