Our house was built in 2006 in traditional Sifnos style, boasts modern amenities, and provides sleeping space for up to 5 people. The inside living space is about 120 sqm (1300 sq ft) with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a great room (dining for 8+/lounge seating for 9+/office space for 2), and a storage room. . Outside there are several private stone patios with 4 chaise lounges, 3 dining tables, stone grill, and an outdoor shower. The house features throughout 3.5 m (11ft) high wood ceilings with stone floors and modern electrical lighting throughout. The bathrooms are decorated with marble vanity tops set on wooden cabinets, sunken porcelain basins, showers, and Grohe fixtures. The master bathroom includes a large bathtub. Potable water is supplied directly to all faucets from the municipal system. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishware for 12 and features new appliances, (large refrigerator, 4 burner electric stovetop/oven, dishwasher, microwave oven,). Audiovisual services include satellite TV, and FM stereo radio with speakers in the living room and outdoors. Telephone and broadband WIFI is available from June through September.
