The apartment is on the ground floor and has approx. 30 sqm. Comfortable apartment, fully equipped kitchen ( ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, tester etc.). A luxury bathroom and direct view into the garden. Please note: Bed linen and towels are not included in the price for bookings of less than 7 nights, but can be booked for an additional 7€/per person/ per stay (to be paid on site). You have access to a large garden with garden chairs, barbecue and a lawn surrounded by hedges. Parking space for car and bikes is available and free of charge. Also a free DSL access (WLAN) is included in the price.
