There are restaurants, cafes, shops, a supermarket, pharmacy, a books shop, a night club and many more places in a walking distance away from the apartment. There is also a big free parking just 100-150 meters away, where always there are free parking lots. Not far is situated the swiming pool of the town, the sport hall, the stadium and tennis courts. There is a bedroom connected via an arch to the living room. The double bed in the bedroom is ideal for 2 guests (a couple) and a sofa is situated in the living room, where 2 additional guest may sleep. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed made of natural wood and a three-section wardrobe. The ceiling is high - about 2.80m to provide as much air as possible. The living room is equipped with round table with four chairs, kitchenette, TV with more than 120 channels, a sofa with a table on wheels and books shelves. The bathroom has enough space for guest to feel comfortable. There is also a high-speed Internet, an iron and an ironing board. Design LED lighting is used in all the apartment. All rooms and amenities can be accessed except for a small wardrobe in the bedroom, which is locked. Yes, I will be available to help during guests' stay. The ideal center of the town, know as the Old Center. Public transport stop is very close to the apartment. The closest stop is located next to Drujba Cinema. A free public parking is available about 100 meters away from the property. It is possible to part just next to the building if there is a free parking place. There are many interesting places around the town to be seen - like the Eco route "The waterfalls canyon", the Smolyan lakes, Snejanka peak in Pamporovo, the Rozhen Observatory, the Planetarium in the town and many more.
