The Car House, Berkhamsted

Light and airy contemporary self contained apartment with all the facilities you would expect including parking. Located in a quiet area of Berkhamsted within walking distance of the town centre, golf course and railway station (35 minutes to Euston). Beautiful bathroom/wet room with robes and toiletries supplied. Bread, cereals, preserves, milk, tea and coffee are supplied for breakfast. If you need quiet time in the evenings to study, unwind or just chill out you will find it here. Built in 2015 to a very high standard, the living and bathroom area's are spacious and well equipped. Please note the kitchen area is limited to a combi oven that is a microwave, small oven and grill, a sink and mixer tap, refrigerator, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. Please note there is no hob. Access is via your own entrance so can enter and leave as you wish locking your own front door. There is a key safe at the entrance. We are more than happy to be flexible with check in and out times if possible. Ashridge Business School is 3 miles away, about 8 minutes by car, making it an ideal location for study or events at the venue. We can always recommend local restaurants and amenities, Berkhamsted has plenty of both. Berkhamsted is an historic market town with its own castle ruins where William the Conqueror was offered the Crown of England. Boasting many restaurants, country walks, golf course and the famous art deco Rex Cinema. Buses and Trains are within walking distance, main line station to London Euston a 15 minute walk. The railway station is an easy walk from The Car House, however we live on top of a hill so the return journey up the hill is a little more taxing.
