Plenty of typical french towns close by, such as the former 'Ville Royale' and beautiful country walks directly from your doorstep. Ground floor: entrance, large kitchen with fireplace, walnut dining table, chairs & separate desktop, fully fledged kitchen with, coffee machine, cooking utensils, high chair, etc for all family needs. An intimate lounge with country house interior / cosy fireplace. 1st floor: bathroom inc. bath / shower. 1 double bedroom, 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds and 1 baby bed. Downstairs: separate toilet, spacious garden room / play area, ping-pong table, football table, puzzle games. A large partly covered terrace with an outdoor table, chairs, bbq, parasol etc. At about 20 minutes from the sea and various beaches, this romantic (former) 'maison des chasseurs' of the Seine-Maritime hunting federation is located in Haute-Normandie, with garden, lawn and terrace right on the flowing river. l'Yeres, four hours from the Dutch border! The detached house from the early 1900s is centrally located in the friendly village of Dancourt (266 inhabitants), has been renovated since 1998 and is equipped with modern convenience and simple luxury. The small river meanders, on its way to the sea, through the beautiful Vallee de l'Yeres, bordered by the extensive beech forests of the 9000 ha. great Forêt Domaniale d'Eu. A beautiful area with a lot of fauna and flora. Enjoy the landscape at any time of the year: the billions of bluebells in April, the wild rapeseed in the fields in May / June, the balmy, long summer or a cool autumn or winter: Looking for mushrooms with a local calvados afterwards. And the impressive chalk cliffs on the coast are nowhere far away.
