No The flat has always been tenanted and for a nice tenant there is flexibility on price. Equestrian facilities at Field Farm Cross Country where the flat is based. The on site facilities if you have a horse are great. Otherwise the flat has all mod cons and can be partially or unfurnished. On site parking and easy access. Depends on the guest! Lots of animals around: horses, cattle, sheep, hens, ducks, dogs, cats and occasionally children when they are back from boarding school! If you like chatting there are about 15 liveries on the yard who are all nice at the moment and mostly in there early 20s into eventing and hunting. The location is not accessible by public transport and nearest shop is nearly a mile away. It's not a zoo it's a working farm and equestrian centre so if you mope around you risk getting in the way.
