Secluded scenic wooded location for vintage airstream land yacht camper overlooking Seven Creeks Roadside Spring that can sleep six in the middle of 240 acres with 16 miles of graded trails, with exclusive use of the North Trail 8 miles of mowed trails. Shallow pristine stream for creekwading 3/4 mile. Controlled pets are welcome. Two friendly free roaming dogs are located at the spring. Private, self serve. moss covered mini golf, outdoor firepit and bean bag boards available The airstream original bedroom has been modified with bunk beds that can be removed so it sleeps 4 and the table in kitchen area can be replace with two wooden frames and air mattresses. You will have one 2x2x2 stack of firewood included and can purchase more firewood if needed. There are two friendly free roaming dogs (Bodene and Abbey) that stay at the nearby spring that are an attraction for people who visit the spring. There is no wifi and cellphone reception is poor except for Verizon. The TV has only three local channels 9-1, 9-2, 9-3. You can park next to the airstream or by the roadside spring. Although the rent is shown as $200 a night, we rent for 3, 4, 7 or 30 days only. Rent is $600 for either Monday thru Thursday or Friday thru Sunday or $1000 for the entire week or $2500 for the month. The Airstream will be cleaned before you check in but you are responsible for cleaning during stay. When hiking in woods you will be exposed to snakes, stinging wasps, stinging plants, ticks, briars, poison ivy, etc. so you should know what to look for and precautions to take such as tick spray or checking for ticks afterwards. Approximately one hour guided nighttime or daytime trail or creekwading tours will be provided free for each stay and additional tours can be provided for an additional fee. The area is hilly but the trails are graded so there is no cross slope. Most of the trails are shaded by the large old woods. Tours will include plant, tree and mushroom identification. Edible mushrooms in season can be picked if desired. The property perimeter is identified by signs and orange tape. You will need tennis shoes or shoes with tread for creekwading so you can have traction where rocks are slippery. The water in the airstream is to be used for shower, bathing and washing dishes and not for drinking. One gallon jugs will be provided for spring water from the adjacent automated roadside spring that operates on quarters. The spring water is filtered and purified and cost 50 cents a gallon.
