Nice Studio close to the Beach with Pool

Beautiful studio for two persons with view to the Aegean Sea and just a 5-minute-walk from the famous black-sanded beach of Perivolos. Situated in a more quiet part of the island the apartment features 1 big bedroom with a fully equiped kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. Further there is a big pool and a jacuzzi in the yard of the house which will be maintained during the summer-month (beginning of april until mid-october). During the winter-month the pool will not be maintained. The house is located in one of the more quiet areas of the island, outside the crowded main touristic villages. Only a hundred meters from the most beautiful beach of the island, the famous black-sanded beach of perivolos, the place is perfect for fans of relaxed beach-time and a perfect starting point to explore the island. Guests will have access to the apartment including the balcony as well as the garden/yard with a big pool and a jacuzzi and the parking lot in front of the house. We will be happy to help Guests with all their questions at all times. During their stay Guests can contact us with questions regarding their booking, the island, recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants. Parking is possible in front of the house and a local bus-station is reachable in just a few minutes.
