Set in 5 acres with a large garden and tennis court. Great space for relaxation and entertaining both inside and out. Stunning walks along the banks of the River Test to visit the pub and village shop. Perfect location to explore Winchester, Stockbridge, Salisbury and beyond. A perfect escape for a large family group or two smaller families. Plenty of space in the garden for children to play and parents to relax. Downstairs Large open-plan kitchen/dining room is bright and spacious, ideal for entertaining up to 12 guests. Bi-folding french doors open onto large terrace - a sunny spot for a breakfast. Double ovens, coffee machine, large fridge freezer all make it easy for large groups to host. The Red playroom has books, games, TV, DVDs and Xbox, the Blue room (study) with open fire, great place to escape to relax and a larger drawing room with open fire for family gatherings. Downstairs loo and good size laundry room with extra fridge and oven. Upstairs: 6 comfortable bedrooms (3 doubles, 2 with ensuite) 2 twins and 1 single, 1 family bathroom and 1 guest bathroom all with showers. With 3 hubs and 4G broadband across the house internet connection is very good. Outside: Access via gravel driveway which provides parking for plenty of cars. Large flat 1 acre garden backing onto our field and orchard. 2 outside dining areas.
