Holiday flat Landesgartenschau 2015

The flat is facing the Saxon Landesgartenschau 2015 and will be let for the first time. There is room for up to four persons (the listed price is for the first person). The flat is newly redecorated and comfortably furnished. On request an upgrade is possible for up to 6 persons on the couch in the living room. This modern and finely furnished 72m² holiday flat has been freshly fitted out in the newly renovated building „Erzgebirgshof“ (year of construction: 1889). It will be let for the first time during Landesgartenschau 2015. The flat is bright and sunny (east-south-west-facing location) and features the following furnishings: -Luxurious bathroom (granite, bath tub, shower, dryer) -Alno-branded kitchen with NEFF equipment (microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, ceramic hob) coffee pod machine, kettle, toaster -Living room with dining table, four chairs, sofa and coffee table with a flat screen tv and satellite broadcasting -Two separate bedrooms, furnished with double beds (180 cm and 160 cm wide) with high quality slatted frames and mattresses The holiday flat is a non-smoking zone. The floors are made of granite and laminate, there are no wallpapers because of hygienic reasons. The keys are handed over when arriving and when leaving. The fee for final cleaning is 20 €, for bed linen and towels 5 € per person, Wi-Fi access is free. When needed a high chair for kids for once 5 € can be ordered. All payable locally on arrival. From October 2015 onwards, the extensive site will be available as a park for residents and tourists. It can be entered by a wheelchair accessible pedestrian bridge. The mining museum is another attraction of Oelsnitz (visit the official website bergbaumuseum-oelsnitz). Oelsnitz’s railway station is only 200 metres away and provides good connections to the Erz Mountains, as well as you can easily reach Chemnitz either by bus or by train. Thus, you can enjoy a comfortable stay even without a car. Leipzig and Dresden can be reached within one hour via A72 motorway. The listed price per night applies to one visiting person. Additional guests are charged 16€ per person. Final cleaning is charged with 30 € and 5 € for bedlinen for each guest on arrival. WI-FI access is free. The property has a large garden area wich can be shared. The apartment is a Nonsmoking Area. No parties or events are allowed in the property.
