VolosView Residence

This private residence is a unique place for winter and summer vacation, to relax or to enjoy outdoor mountain activities, nature and local cuisine. It is located in the lower side of Makrynitsa village in the foothills of Pelio mountain, with a beautiful view of Volos town,just 5 minutes driving to the center of Makrynitsa village and less than 10 minutes by car from the center of the town, which gives the alternative of exploring the coastal side of Magnesia. The house can accommodate up to 6 people in the two main house bedrooms and the guest House, which is at the same unit but from a different entrance and optionally plus one more person in the living room area (upon request). There is a multi-level terrace with barbeque, overlooking the town of Volos and the beautiful mountain that surrounds us. Pelion has a large number of trails that are ideal for hiking, equestrian and bicycle tourism. Especially in less than 1km there many bike trails, shaped by local crews, suitable for enduro, freeride or dh bikes. Sport climbing areas are very close to the house too. You can also enjoy a walk by the river, whose trail meets the main road just a few meters from the house. Accessible by car with its own closed parking space. We will be available on mobile 24/7 Cleaning services every three days (Change bed sheets, fresh towels etc). On your day of arrival or departure there will always be someone to assist you from the arranged meeting point. House is less than ten minutes driving from Volos, where there are super markets, banks and the general hospital, and only 2,5 km from the center of the traditional Makrynitsa village which is also accessible through the traditional cobbled road (footpath) that starts exactly outside the upper exit of the terrace. There is a ski center called Agriolefkes 22 km from the house. Public transport is not available nearby. The house is accessible by car or by taxi.
