60's modernist summerhouse. The house has been in the family since it was built in 1965. Modernizations have stayed true to the original spirit of the house. Here you step right out into the rugged nature, the fresh air and the serenity of Sjællands Odde. Situatiated right in the middle of a narrow peninsula, the beach is a 5 minute walk away in both directions. Copenhagen is an hours drive away and the ferry to Jutland/Aarhus is 15 minutes drive away. Living room: Sofa (can be converted to a bed for two), dining table, TV (with dvd but no TV-signal) Kitchen: Oven, stove freezer, refregerator, dishwasher electric kettle, Nespresso, juicer, mixer and food processor. Master bedroom: Double bed (160 cm) Bedroom 2: Double bed in full room width. Drawers for storage underneath the bed Bedroom 3: Sleeping couch and small computer workspace We will normally be an hours drive away. We can be reached by phone and will normally be able to solve any problems that way.
