Have a fantastic holiday in this lovely and well-maintained holiday home in Drenthe, without a doubt one of the most beautiful provinces of the Netherlands. On the ground floor there is the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining room and a separate toilet. The wood stove in the living room has been designed by the homeowner himself, who is a visual artist and has a studio on the property. Also, you will see some of his paintings and illustrations in the property. Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms, each with a TV a plenty of storage space, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is also a fully enclosed terrace furnished with barbecue facilities. Pets are welcome, but not allowed in the bedrooms. You can find a supermarket and local restaurants within walking distance as well as a beach 2 km away. The province of Drenthe is really beautiful and is characterised by the extensive natural areas and beautifully situated dolmens. Some of the famous fishing villages near this holiday home are Gees (14 km) and Meppen (20 km). Other interesting excursions are the Slagharen amusement park (10 km), Dwingelderveld National Park (26 km), Ellert en Brammert open-air museum (31 km) and WILDLANDS Adventure Zoo in Emmen (32 km).
