Unfortunately, smoking is not permitted inside the property. The apartment is large and fully furnished, accessed by its own entrance and down a flight of stairs. There is plenty of free parking available outside on this wide, leafy avenue. It is suitable for both short or extended stays. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dining table with chairs and plenty of glasses, crockery, cutlery etc. There is an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. The large lounge includes two sofas, a desk and chair, TV and a bookcase. Both bedrooms have king-size beds and wardrobes. The shower room has a WC, sink and shower. This is a no-smoking property.
