Family oriented and quiet neighborhood. Self check in / check out available. A Good size Bedroom ,Spacious living room and large green backyard with patio furniture. Smart tv with Netflix account is available in the bedroom. Guests will feel home like sense of Privacy and comfort. One parking spot on driveway for guests. Easy Access to Backyard and Apartment through side stairs. Laundry service is available for the guests once in a week staying for ten or more nights. We are living on main floor but walkout apartment has separate entrance with one parking spot. Someone will be at home for any queries or help from 9.00 am to 11.00 pm. Ajax is newly developed area close to Lake Ontario. 45 mns drive to down town Toronto depending on traffic. Go Train station is 10 mns drive from our place. Many recreation parks and picnic points in our area and on shores of Lake Ontario. Oshawa University,Durham College,Ontario Power Generation Plants and many more in our area. Public transport is available on steps for going to Go station. Train takes 45 mns from Ajax Go station to Union Station Toronto. Parking spot for one vehicle is available on our driveway. Street parking also allowed.
