Cozy Summer House with 3 Bedroom's and big garden!

Welcome to Hyllingeriis, where the Vikings used to live! Book our lovely summer house in the middle of Roskilde Fjord The Summerhouse consists of 3 bedrooms: Bedroom 1: Double bed with wardrobes Bedroom 2: Big bunk bed Bedroom 3: Private Anneks with a double bed and storage space PETS (dogs mainly) allowed. The common room consists of a kitchen, dining area, and sofa/chair/tv area Outside you have a 700m2 garden with a trampoline, playground and enough space for a little football match The summerhouse is rebuilt in 2010, and has 3 bedrooms, one toilet with a shower and a big common room. The house fits perfectly 6 people but there's potentially room for 8 people if you choose to use the mattresses in the living room. There's space enough for 2 (3 small) cars in the parking lot. Fjord (Not a beach): 5 min walk Beach: 15-30 min drive Grocery Store: 5 min drive Skibby (nearest big city): 10 min drive Frederikssund (ok for shopping): 15 min drive Copenhagen City Center: 60 min drive Copenhagen Airport: 60 min drive Public transport is not very good and not running very often. I might be around for the check-in and check out, besides that the place is yours. Mainly Families with children & Retired People. 100% Safe, 0% Crime, 100% Nice! Small community. We always say hello to each other, we look after each other, and help each other when needed - You are welcome to do the same :) The Ocean (Fjord): 5 minutes walk from the house Public Transport: 2.5km away Nearest Grocery Store: 4km Nearest train station with direct train to Copenhagen: 17 km (Frederikssund) Please bring Towels and Bedsheets unless we have agreed something else. The Guest pays for electricity and water. The bill for this will be charged after your stay via AirBnB unless you are Danish and have MobilePay. No House Parties allowed. The Greenkeeper comes once a week. Leave the house as it was when you arrived.
