A light specious 1 bed flat, views across a field edged with woodland, with its own parking and entrance. Set in the middle of the countryside. down a quiet lane. Plenty of countryside walks and cycle routes on your doorstep, passing several local pubs.. Guests can enjoy the whole light and airy double bed flat. Upstairs there is an open plan fully equipped kitchen with dinning table, leading to an open living area with tv and sofa and a desk area, A bathroom with shower over bath and heated towel rad, and a double bed room. Fully heated throughout. Wifi through out. Downstairs there is a big utility room with washing machine and freezer. Plenty of room for muddy boots and coats. We live on site so will be here to welcome guests and answer any questions. Also onsite are chickens, dogs, sheep and horses. The nearby town of Horsham if 5 miles away, It is a traditional Sussex market town with plenty to see and do, from the Everyman Cinema, Capitol Theatre and buzzing restaurants and bars of East Street to the beautiful local countryside with rural pubs and cafes. The South Downs National Park is 20 minutes to the south . The coast is a 25 minute drive away with the seaside towns of Brighton within easy reach. Trains from Horsham run frequently to London, Portsmouth Borde Hill Gardens, Wakehurst Place, Sheffield Park and Nymans are all close. Leonardslee Gardens is 1 mile up the road. Local pubs include The Crabtree (5 min walk),and The Half Moon (30 min walk). A car is recommended but there is a regular bus service through the village to Horsham and Brighton. Cycle storage is available and the Downs Link, a disused railway line running from Guildford to Shoreham-by-Sea is 5 miles away.
