One of the ground floor bedrooms, the second kitchenette, the second dining space and the second bathroom will only be available for bookings with five or more guests. The outdoor spaces - garden and parking - are reserved for guests. The house has a private parking, but it is also possible to park on the street. The house has television and internet.
