Furnished master bedroom with private bathroom and separate entrance. Our peaceful neighborhood in West Hills provides a great atmosphere for vacation and business travel alike. The available room has a queen sized bed, walk in closet, and private bathroom. The room is also equipped with a TV, a full sized dresser, and a work space. There is a large sliding glass door on the east facing wall of the bedroom, offering an exceptional view of our garden and a 180 degree view of the San Fernando Valley - a sight that rivals any other view in the Los Angeles area. We encourage our guests to take advantage of what is undoubtedly the most enticing feature of our home - the backyard. The panoramic view is not the only thing guests can enjoy in the backyard. The pool, gas grill, outside bar (w/mini-fridge) and fire pit are also available for use. We (my husband and I) are more than happy to socialize as much or as little as desired! In addition to the trailhead right up the street, there are dozens of great hikes within a fifteen minute drive; trails ranging in difficulty provide something for everyone, whether you're looking for a challenging, calorie-burning trail, or a relaxing-yet-scenic stroll. The beaches of Malibu are another nearby option for recreation, as they are about a 25 minute drive from the neighborhood. "The Village" in Woodland Hills is a good place to go shopping, grab a bite to eat, or sip some coffee in one of its many relaxing outdoor areas.
