A Fine Place

Quiet neighborhood close to shopping, parks, river and hiking trails. Close to the college and just 45 minutes from Durango, Colorado. Just an hour to the Nations largest Indian ruins, Mesa Verde. The Beach room is cozy and quiet. A brand new very comfortable mattress! We have a second room guest room available with a queen size bed, if there are more than 2 guests. We also have a pack and play available for baby. The kitchen and breakfast nook, and the back deck are all accessible for guests. We are available if you need us and love to visit, but if you are looking for privacy we are great with that too. We are close to shopping, parks, hiking, mountain bike trails, Berg Park, Mesa Verde, Durango Please park on the street right in front of the house.
