Peaceful setting, close to amenities and transport

The Milking Parlour is a single storey studio, it is in a quiet enclave composing of a farmhouse, and various renovated farm buildings making up 4 residences. We are situated about 50m from the main road and bus stops for regular direct buses to Sheffield/Chesterfield . Dronfield has a train station providing an hourly service direct to London. 1 mile from the Derbyshire countryside, 10miles - Chatsworth House, 12 miles - Bakewell. September 2021 - daytime noise redevelopment of adjacent barn. As you will see from the photos, you will have a fully equipped bathroom, kitchen, sink, microwave, fridge, plus a mini oven with hob. There aren’t any laundry facilities but I am happy for you to use the Washer/Dryer in the main house. There is a TV and WiFi and Sonos sound system. The bed is a 4ft 6in double, with an electric blanket!. The duvet and pillows are feather but I also have a set of hypo-allergenic bedding so please request if you prefer. All my bedding is washed at 60 deg and towels at 90 deg plus, duvets and pillows regularly dry cleaned. Although there is not an electric coffee maker, I provide a cafetière and a moka stove top coffee maker. There is also a selection of ground coffee, instant coffee, tea and hot chocolate available for your use. The Milking Parlour is self contained so you have privacy in your own space. You will also have access to a private garden. I have installed a key safe to enable social distancing regulations. I am on site for any questions, problems etc . I am happy to accept phone calls and texts at any time. Whilst being very close to all amenities and transport choices we are away from the main road in a very peaceful setting. Dronfield has a sports centre with gym and swimming pool and is equipped for a large range of other activities. There is no need to join, you can pay as you use. We have a Sainsburys 1 mile away (who deliver) and plenty of small shops including chemists, doctors, hairdressers, co-op, butchers and post office within a few hundred metres. There are numerous pubs and restaurants within Dronfield and of course the Peak District a few miles away with a good selection of eating/drinking establishments.
