Bramble, a four star, Gold Award winning cottage, can sleep 6 in two large doubles and one twin room. Two bedrooms with ensuites, one further double bedroom, shower room, comfortable pocket sprung/memory foam mattresses. 3 wall hung TV's, open plan living, south facing garden and FREE WIFI. Large open plan living area, oak windows and doors, oak bifolding doors onto south facing garden with views across Weald of Kent. Quiet setting on small organic farm. Centrally heated, underfloor heating in bathrooms, walk in showers, roll top bath, dining table to seat 6, sofas to sit 7. Ample parking. Access to fields and paths to Birchden Wood, Harrisons Rocks, Groombridge Place Gardens and Broadwater Forest. 3.5 miles Tunbridge Wells, 1.5 miles Eridge Station, both with trains to London and coast, 0.5 mile to village with Spa Valley Steam Train, bakers, pubs with good food, Post Office, general store, cricket ground and childrens play ground. We live on site and are available at all times to answer queries and offer advice. Hollambys is a small organic farm set near a friendly village with all amenities close to hand and good transport links to London, Tunbridge Wells and the coast. Bus from village to Tunbridge Wells, trains to London 1.5 miles at Eridge Station and 3.5 miles Tunbridge Wells. We have been running a successful holiday cottage business since 1998 and always have time to make sure our guests are happy. The cottages are ideally sited in a tranquil setting surrounded by gardens, fields and woodlands yet a short distance to the beautiful village of Groombridge and historic spa town of Tunbridge Wells.
