The house is located on a large nature plot in the outskirts. It is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture with sofa, dining area, flat screen TV, radio), kitchenette with pantry (electric hob, fridge, coffee maker, div. Kitchen appliances) and bathroom with shower and toilet. In the attic are two bedrooms on steep stairs (2 single beds) available. For cool days, an electric heater (night storage) is available.   There is a furnished terrace with barbecue, play equipment for children (swing, slide), large open space and parking. Included in the total price: bed linen. To be paid on site: energy and water according to consumption.  Towels are to be brought.   Pets: In this object, all animals require prior approval of the owner before booking. Local charge 2 EUR / night. The pets must be registered with the booking. If an entry note is not possible, a late registration must be made.
