Our home is a completely renovated dike house from 1889, and your room has beautiful views of the Gouwzee and in the evening, you can see the lights of Monnickendam. After a good night's rest, you will enjoy your own wonderful waterfront terrace. Your apartment has its own entrance and is on the second floor of our beautiful house. Be aware that there is no full kitchen. For this moment: We are open in this lock down period!! Very safe and fresh air in this enviremont. You have your own entrance! Not only for cyclists and hikers, it is a fantastic environment, and you can also go for a day sailing on the Ijsselmeer. We own sailing yacht (c (Website hidden by Airbnb) on which we can take guests for a trip. Please contact us for more information. It's very near the picturesque villages of Volendam, Broek in Waterland and Edam and more. Amsterdam city center is reached in only 15-20 minutes by public bus! Your appartement (80m2) is on the second floor of our lovely house and has its own entrance. Be aware that there is no full kitchen. In the lounge you will find a dining table, a combination microwave, a kettle, fridge, plates, cups and cutlery. Through your own entrance you have access to the entire upper floor of our house, here are the 3 bedrooms, the lounge and the bathroom. The bedrooms are not rented separately and can be booked for groups. You can also park for free. There is no kitchen, but a microwave and kettle. The house is located on the Gouwzee, from the garden you can jump into the water for a refreshing dip! Bikes can be rented in the vicinity for a good price. I will be present with my partner Herman to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We provide you with all kinds of nice tips for doing activities in the area. And important for this moment you have your own entrance and safety( no risk for corona). Very fresh air in this enviremont!!! Welcome in Waterland area situated next to Amsterdam city! Waterland is a beautiful green area with many typical Dutch historical villages. Welkom in Waterland, een gemeente vlakbij Amsterdam, in een prachtige omgeving waar het open veenweidelandschap wordt afgewisseld met historische dorpen en steden. In de buurt vindt u Volendam, Edam en natuurlijk Amsterdam. Openbaar vervoer: Vanaf Amsterdam centraal bent u met de bus binnen 15 minuten bij ons. Wij kunnen u ophalen bij de bushalte. U kunt naast het huis gratis parkeren. Our house is easily reached, it's only 15 minutes by bus from Amsterdam Central Station. We can pick you up from the bus stop on request. There is a free parking place next to the house. Pay attention! When booking for 2 people, you have the master bedroom at your disposal. If you want a separate bedroom then you book for 3 people. When booking from 4 people, you have all three bedrooms at your disposal. The house is situated in a peaceful and calm environment. Therefore it is not allowed for parties.!! And also not allowed for make movies /advertisement for company's Tourist tax payable on location: 2,60 Euro per person per night. Price for laundry (includes washing, drying and folding) 15 euro up till 5 kg.
