Oasis at the sea

1 minute away from the sea is a villa with a newly renovated guesthouse with two rooms, a newly built bathroom ( extra house) and an outdoor kitchen. The guesthouse area is-also because of the dogs- separated from the rest with a terrace, a lawn and a shady area with a hammock.The large garden with a dance area can be used for all kind of movements, like yoga, eurythmie, meditation. 1 Min to the sea. Next door a Cafe. Umbrellas and showers on the beach. Shopping in place/a market/ restaurants... The beautiful green garden with a lot of flowers and the generosity of the entire property allows sustainable relaxation. Everybody finds his/her place with exact so much sun or shadow as she/he needs. everywhere you find small places to linger that are different and lovingly designed. You basically live outside here and cooking outside is very practical and fun. People who love animals can stroke the dogs and Louis, the tomcat a lot. If you can do that with Lilly, the cat, you have to be special! You can use the big dance floor in the garden for all kind of moving, yoga, gymnastics, eurythmie, meditation... Every room and the whole area is designed with nice and creative details. Even if it's very hot you find relaxing sleep because of the mosquito nets and the air condition. Mostly until November it's warm enough to swim in the sea... You have an electric heater for the evenings in the house. You reach the nice town Chalkida on the island Evia in half an hour. There is no mass tourism and you find beautiful places and good greek food in a lot of very difficult restaurants and tavernas... A special offer from me is that I can massage you for a deep relaxation. For guests that travel just with handluggage there are all fluids you need as shampoo, dushgel, Bodylotion, anti mosquito spray and suncream. I like to give you tips for things to do here in the region. If you are without car, I pick you up from ( or drive you to ) the train in Vath/Avlida ( fo (Website hidden by Airbnb) I also take you with me to Chalkida to show you good restaurants and nice places there ( we share the money for the car). Even if I like to be in contact with my guests I of course leave you as much private and free time that you wish and need. Next door there is a nice cafe ( CAFE DEL MAR ) where you drink the typical 'cafe freddo', meet people, relax, listen to music and have a beautiful view to the sea. You also can have your cafe directly on the beach there. On Saturdays you can buy your fruits and vegetables on the street market in the village. There is an excellent fish restaurant about 15 minutes walk on the beach. You can walk on the beach to a very nice sandy beach with red rocks. If you turn to the other side after a walk from about 15 min. you come to a very good fish restaurant ( KIMA )and after 45 minutes you will reach the promenade with restaurants, tavernas and a small fishing port. For visiting Chalkida, a very nice town full of life, you can take the bus from the kiosk here. It passes Vathy, the next bigger village where you find the administration/ police and the post office. The bridge to Chalkida is the connection between the land and Evia, a non touristic beautiful island. If you drive over the mountains to the other side , you find some beautiful beaches. If you like. to visit Athens, you go from Vathy by train. It takes you just a bit more than 1 hour
