You will have access to the entire 900 s.f. two story cabin and 50 acres to explore! You will have the place to yourself but if you have a question or need anything just ask. Village park with pool that opens July 4th for 6 weeks, tennis, basketball, baseball and squash. Excellent village library. 30+ miles of Hiking and Cycling trails and and a 40 mile rail trail within biking range or a 5 minute drive. Stream and Pond swimming nearby. Hobart Book Village, antiques, vintage and resale bookstores as well as a recently opened English Pub all within a 10 minute drive. Hiking and Cycling on rail trail- our favorite leg of the trail and Western style riding stable within 15 minutes. 30 Minute drive: Hanford Mills Museum, Iroquois Museum, Howe's Cavern!, Belleayre Ski Resort (Summer Concerts), Windham/Hunter- art movie theater, organic produce. Oneonta -movie theatre in small mall Butterfly Conservatory and Main street shopping. 45 minute drive:Cooperstown- Baseball Hall of Fame, Farmer’s Museum, Fenimore Art Museum Andes- fun antique shopping  Stamford has miles of hiking trails with amazing views of the rest of the Catskills and a 40 mile rail trail goes right through the center of the village. Local guided hikes available, ask for pricing and availability. With 50 acres there is plenty of room to park but you can also take the bus to Stamford and we can give you a lift to the cabin and back out when your stay is done. For an additional fee we can pick you up at the train station in Rhinebeck, Albany or the station of your choice. For an additional fee we will also pick you up from an airport or your home, just ask. Biking will get you to the village and back but we are in the mountains so you would need to give yourself time and energy to make the 2 mile trip. There are a lot of picturesque biking opportunities! The village is mostly downhill from the cabin and the cabin is mostly uphill from the village. Truck rides for you and your bike can be arranged as well. Bike rentals can arranged at the time of your booking. Off-the Grid Catskills Cabin on 50 Acres. First floor has an Eat-in Kitchen, Screened-in Porch, Full-Bathroom and Living Room. Living Room has a couch with a Queen-sized  pull-out for guests. Second Floor has 2 Bedrooms. Master bedroom with a Queen-sized bed and Second bedroom with a Twin-sized bunk bed. Second floor comfortably sleeps 4.   Generator power for Hot water, lights and showers.
