No Smoking is Allowed inside the apartment - If caught smoking, you will be kicked out & fined. If illegal substances are being smoked, we will immediately call the cops & get everyone in the space kicked out and facing the consequences with police. This is a clean, modern home & we would like to keep it that way! The Apartment is not shared, it is for your private use only. There is no parking included but you are welcome to park on the street. incase you come home late at night and can't find a spot. There is always parking right around the block. i like to give my guests their space, but i am always available if they need me.
