Guests have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. We do not allow meals to be eaten in the room or any red wine on the premises guests need to use the dining area for meals. Suit couple, 2 friends sharing, families with one child. Highchair and travel cot available. The house is large so social distancing is easy. Over the road is the Hollybrook pub, a Co-op, pharmacy, fish & chip shop & curry house. It is about 5 minutes drive from Royal Derby Hospital. Great for travel to St Georges Park, Burton, Lichfield, Derbyshire Dales and Birmingham. Wifi available. Guests can use the kitchen, dining area, family room and garden. Off road parking. The fridge is quite small so only necessities such as milk can be stored. There is no freezer storage available.
