Unique, quiet, cosy, 2 bedroom pad located on lower level ( LL) of my home, comfortably sleeps up to 5 persons(must request space for extra person in advance) this crashpad comes with shower bathroom, small dining area, kitchenette, Loveseat in small alcove(no real living room ), AC in each bedroom room, fan in sleep alcove, carpeted, private entrance, 6 minutes walk to NYC Metro/Subway, access to all NYC landmarks. Locking room doors. Subteranian/lower level ( LL) mini crash pad*small sitting area* Do you need a 2 bedroom crashpad for 1 night? 1 week? 3 weeks? 2 bedrooms with locking doors. This space is airy, carpeted bedrooms located on lower level of my home , space has full size beds, nightables, dresser in 1 room, small chest of drawers in smaller room, bedroom chair, Smart/Wifi TV, kitchenette, stainless steel fridge, cooking stove, electric kettle, toaster, microwave; cutlery, dishes, small internet work area. This cosy pad,has *small sitting area* ** no facilities for pets/ animals of any kind*** Private entrance, free street parking. Please note, there's no Washer/ Dryer or laundry facilities in this apartment; a Laundromat is 1 block away with 24 hour service, ( wash & fold) Apartment is non smoking. *Not wheelchair accessible* *Must Ascend/descend stairs There are approximately 5-6 steps to descend/ ascend! Feel free to sit in chairs which are placed in the yard..if weather permits I meet guests at checkin, my busy schedule allows limited interaction. I do keep in touch via text, or phone.
