Open plan studio. Contemporary feel with mezzanine sleeping area. Good WIFI connection. Open plan with a contemporary decor. Toilet & shower are downstairs. Mezzanine bedroom, double bed. Single sofa-bed downstairs. The bedroom can get warm if the weather is hot and we provide a fan, there is no air conditioning. Easy access on ground level. Private parking outside. We live in the property opposite and are at hand to assist if needed. We are in the lovely village of Bressingham which has its own local shop less than 5 mins walk away. They sell newspapers and homemade produce. Bressingham Steam Museum & Gardens is a short walk on a footpath across the fields. Diss is a short drive or 20 min walk where there a 3 supermarkets, local shops, cafes and restaurants. There is also a swimming pool, Art Centre, Golf Course, Auction Rooms. Banham Zoo is a short drive as is Norwich and Bury St Edmunds and you can reach the coast within 40 minutes drive. Diss is a main-line train station. Given our rural location a car is necessary. Diss train station is under 10 mins by car/taxi and is easily accessible to London (1.5 hours) and Norwich (25 mins). The train station has ample parking. Given our rural location a car is essential. We have horses in the paddocks near the house so would appreciate anyone with a dog to please keep it on a lead whilst on the premises. Also, there are 2 ponds near the studio so young children would need to be supervised outside. The studio is open plan with the bedroom in the attic space therefore the bedroom is not full height everywhere and possibly not suitable for a very tall person. Also, the sofa bed is single and downstairs in the lounge area, more suitable for a child.
