Edwardian town house
Three storey, mid terraced Edwardian house opposite The Walks of Kings Lynn, a Regency park. Ten minute walk from the town centre, train and bus station. Street parking, Wi-fi available, solar panels supplementing the hot water. Sorry, no space for dogs or under 2 yr olds. Please check map, we are Tennyson road, not Avenue, which is the other side of the railway line. We live in a mid terrace built in 1908 Edwardian property, with views over a large park called The Walks. You have a Double bedroom with a 4 ft 6 inch wide pine frame bed with 2 pillows per person, one synthetic and one feather. Please let me know if you have feather allergies and pillows can be changed. Room is next to a shared bathroom with a shower over the bath and heated towel rails. There is a wardrobe in the room with 2 chairs and bedside lights and tables. There is an iron and board, fan heater, toiletries, towels and drink making facilities for your use in the room. The room is towards the back of the house so is lovely and quiet. One or two person occupancy same price. Wi-Fi available and DVD player in sitting room, sorry no TV. We are happy for you to access and use the kitchen and sitting room and bathroom. There is also a downstairs toilet, decking and small garden. Happy for guests to use kitchen / fridge and to cook and clear up after themselves. We will always be available in the evenings, after 5pm and mornings before work/school, however we are happy to accommodate other times if needed. Can sort out key collection if access needed whilst we are out. We make our own muesli / granola and bread and prefer to use organic ingredients where possible. We are also happy to cater for gluten free/vegan/dairy free diets for breakfast and have varied teas and caffeine free drinks available. There are many historical parts to kings Lynn including the Medieval area, Trues yard and the South Quay. Train access to Ely, Cambridge and London and buses to Norwich and surrounding area. Sandringham house and gardens are a short drive away and the beautiful Norfolk coastline starts 20 minute drive away. Plenty of places to eat in town with a Spar shop and fish and chips a 1 minute walk down the road. Walking distance to town, train and bus station (10mins) with several supermarkets 10 minute walk away too. The Coast hopper bus goes around the beautiful norfolk coastline. Cycle routes round Norfolk are within town and local area. We have two well behaved teenagers who will respect your space and keep quiet.
